Jerome F. Prugar, P.E. — President/Principal Engineer — Graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering in 1982. Has been registered as a Professional Engineer in Ohio since 1980. Received the Highest Grade in the State of Ohio on P.E. Examination April 1980. Was the Young Engineer of the Year in Franklin County in 1985. Founded Prugar Consulting in 1987. Was a guest engineer on WJW-TV8 after the bombing of Murrah Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1995. Published and presented an article for the 4th Forensic Congress of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Is certified by the Structural Engineering Certification Board. Is a member of the American Concrete Institute, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the Structural Engineers Association of Ohio.
