Thank you for All Your Kindnesses
“I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father, but through Me.” Words spoken by Jesus of Nazareth, son of Mary and Joseph, who was a carpenter around the turn of the Fifth Millennium of human history. He testifies that He is the pathway to first person of the Trinity, God the Father. He testifies that He is not fake, but what is actual reality. He tesifies that He is the Life that gives true life.
Further study of the Hebrew and Greek Scriptures (aka the Bible) written from 2000 BC to AD 90 provides an account of His creation of all and maintaining of all. These Scriptures also provide accounts of His deliverance of a people from slavery in Egypt in a most dramatic fashion, His leading of them to the Promised Land, His establishing the nation Israel, His coming to Israel in the flesh as a descendant of Abraham and King David, His presenting Himself to His own people riding on the back of a donkey, His being rejected by most of His own people, His being crucified by the Romans, His death, His burial among the rich by those who love Him, His resurrection from the tomb after three days, and His ascension into heaven from the Mount of Olives. All of these events were foretold and promised through His prophets, nearly all Jewish, up to four thousand years before they occurred. And now many await His return as He promised many times to those that were His own.
In my experience, He knows the end from the beginning. Looking back through my own life I can see how He has known me from the beginning and has been directing my life and career despite my best efforts to foul up His plans.
It is by way of these truths that I announce that I not only know the beginning of my engineering career, but I am seeing the end of my engineering career. And so, it is with some sadness that I am announcing my semi-retirement on January 27, 2021. Semi-retirement means that Prugar Consulting, Inc. will no longer be accepting new assignments, but I am still providing engineering consultation services for currently active files and providing services for those files that may re-open over a previously agreed time period.
At this time I also extend my thanks to all those with whom I have had the pleasure to work these many decades. I thank you for your friendship, professional association, support, guidance, and encouragement.
Thank you to You All
May the Lord Bless You All for Your Kindness to Me
